Week 3: Let the Heroes Begin!

1) Begin Researching Your Hero

investgate the life of your hero, gathering experiences, examples, and events in their lives that show their qualities.
AVOID "google-ing" as your only resource...use your internet research savvy!
Access these data bases, search engines and metasearch engines to broaden your hero perspective:

2) Read the "Paraphrasing, not Plagiarizing" sheet to make sure you are doing a good job of paraphrasing.

3) Use a Notecatcher to organize your research ideas.

Open the Notecatcher. It will open up automatically in Google Docs. RENAME it. (Example: 07 Susie Notecatcher Yellow)
Use the spaces provided to record ideas from your reading and research.
